 What is a life coach and how can a coach help you? 

  It would be unfortunate for us to treat others as we have been treated. As a person who found my childhood, shall we say "challenging?" I lived through, and learned from a DNA Surprise I can help you do the same.

 We will work together to find your strengths and accomplishments, teach you grow from them and celebrate you. Recognize behaviors that may not be serving you and help you navigate your life to get what YOU desire. 

Whether a DNA Surprise or you just want to up-level your life, having a life coach can make a significant difference!

 Let’s get together and design a life you love. Join me for 6 weeks of Love by Design. We’ll discuss various topics like loss of identity, the balancing act, forgiveness, standing in your truth and learning to treat people better than you may have been treated. 

Sessions will be held on Wednesdays,

Do  you find yourself frequently venting to friends or family in hopes of  gaining insight or advice? For example, why you keep attracting the same  kind of dysfunctional relationships, why you stay at the job you're  unhappy at, why you struggle to communicate with others.  Simple  everyday things people want to improve upon. Gather a few friends and  we’ll do some “Companion Coaching.” Bring your “problem” to me, and  we’ll talk about solutions!

No  charge for the initial meeting, let’s make sure it’s something we can  tackle together. We’ll meet two or three times to help you find the path  to leveling up your life with ease!

Companion coaching is built for 3 to 5 people and something specific you’d like to discuss for a few short sessions.

2 sessions/$85 per person (3 total with first session free)

3 sessions/$125 per person (4 total with first session free)
